1. How much will Shipping Cost?

Shipping on all orders over $100 on our site is free within Australia. Options will be provided for in the checkout for orders under $100.

2. How long does it take to Deliver my order?

That's in the hands of the freight handler and depends on the service you choose in the checkout.  

3. Can I pick up my order directly?

Unfortunately no.  We are not set up for pick ups at this time.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no.  Our products are all certified for the Australian market only.

5. What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not home when they attempt to deliver your parcel they will leave a card and within a few hours the parcel will be ready for collection at a nearby post office.

6. Do you have a showroom?

While we aren't ruling one out in the future, at this stage we don't.  

7. What are your warranty terms?

8. What kind of payments do you accept?

Cheques only. Just kidding.  We accept Paypal which can link to your bank or Credit Cards, or you can pay direct with Visa, Master, or AMEX cards.

9. Can I return items if I'm not happy?

Your happiness with your purchase is very important to us.  We can refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging.
